Description
Add 4 shoulder buttons to your build. Works similarly to the 2 button DMG set. Uses 4 DMG buttons along with soft tactile switches. Utilizes the screws that are already in use by the metal back plate. all without any glue. Guaranteed to sit lower on the back than any other shoulder bracket solution.
Instructions:
- Remove metal plate from back of shell. Save all 4 screws.
- Place the bottom bracket directly into place, above the battery compartment.
- Insert the circular drill guide into the bottom bracket, drill pilot hole, then do the same to the other button wells.
- Open the pilot holes to desired diameter using step drill bit.
- Place buttons into the wells.
- Break off inner piece of drill guides, place them into the buttons to be used as spacers. This allows for the buttons to actuate properly. This is REQUIRED.
- Solder the switches into place
- Place the boards over the buttons and use provided screws in center posts.
- Insert side bracket pieces around screw post, and then insert the oval screw post caps on top. Angle oval caps either downward or sideays
- Screw in side pieces using the 4 screws obtained from the metal plate.
- Solder wires from shoulder board to control board (solder the ground on one shoulder board to the ground on the second board. Then, solder a cable from one of the two remaining grounds to your control board. )
